ART 220 - Computer Graphics Design


Computer graphics hardware and software for artists, graphic designers and others interested in using graphics for expression or effective communication. Lecture, demonstration and hands-on experience present an overview of the capabilities of computer graphics software systems, the skills necessary to manipulate computer images, and the design principles leading to quality graphics. Six studio hours in class per week. Enrollment is limited to the available equipment.

Prerequisite(s): Prerequisite: 103 or 200 or COMM 177 or consent of the instructor.
