MMIN 653 - Servant LeadershipA study of the devotional/theological foundation of leadership, self-reflection that removes barriers to personal effectiveness, and the distinction between manipulation and legitimate influence., Participants will begin to identify and understand their own unique mixture of leading preferences, gifts, and skills they bring to leadership for the common good. The leaders as servant and mentor, as well as strategies for developing leadership potential in others are explored. Credit Hours: 3 Term Offered: Fall |
