BUS 640 - Ethics in the Legal Environment


An examination of the framework for performing business in the United States legal system from an ethical and social perspective. In today’s litigious environment, business leaders must understand the role of the law and ethics in the decision-making process. Topics to be covered include constitutional principles, business crimes, tort and product liability, international business transactions, unfair competition, contracts, intellectual property, and environmental regulation.
