The expected Program Learning Outcomes for this major are:

• Students will:
  • demonstrate knowledge of the content and contexts of Scripture.
  • express appreciation for the values of Jesus as reflected in Christian Scripture.
  • demonstrate skills in sharing God’s Word.
  • analyze major challenges facing a diverse world from a Christian perspective.
  • exhibit skills for holistic ministry which contribute to the mission of God’s Spirit in the world.
  • serve in ways that reflect Christian values and demonstrate skills for competent church ministry and/or for graduate study in related fields.
